updates and what-have-you

sunday was a good day. alex and i didnt go to the da vinci exhibit because it was $30 to get in. instead we went to madam tussuads, shopped around the venetian, and had dinner at on the border. it was nice. the wax museum was a lot of fun, i stole another pic with my love, frank ;)

we had some fun at the sugar store, too. i didnt find anything i could afford/send to david but i did get an energy drink that looks like duff beer. thats pretty awesome. i also found a sweet pair of sunglasses.

too bad the label was in the way :/

thankfully we didnt stay out late since that night was the amazing storm. i am sure you all saw my pics on facebook. how wild is it that 1.) it rained like that 2.) it hailed 3.) my street had a strong current

my yard is STILL muddy from that storm.

in other news, i checked out the happenings in my backyard today. my limes are really hard and smell like oranges. please explain that to me. and my other tree is producing what i think are peaches but they dont look like peaches. they smell like peaches and have a core like a peach. i am thinking in need to find a treatment for my tree to make the fruit edible so i can try it out. right now they dont look safe...ants and whatnot.

i am so excited for the movie the campaign to come out. august 10. keep your eyes peeled. also the new dark knight is out on friday. i am seeing that. period.  im so stoked for awesome movie season!
